Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Rajasthan. The successful candidate will work on-site, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting LIGMAN’s high-quality outdoor lighting solutions. Responsibilities include strategic territory planning, achieving sales targets, providing technical product support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, strategic planning, and territory management skills
- 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B, Project Sales, Govt. sales.
- Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and business development
- Knowledge of architectural lighting solutions, outdoor lighting, or related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with market trends in building and architectural lighting is advantageous
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Proactive problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Relevant experience, preferably in a sales or technical sales role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Compensations
Upto 6 LPA according to interview performance.
