Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Raipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and implementing sales strategies in the assigned territory. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving sales targets
- Strong ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitor analysis
- Relationship management and team leadership experience, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong networks with stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales tools, reporting, and familiarity with CRM software
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in mobile handset sales or related industries is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
