Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sangareddi for an Area Sales Manager at L&T Finance. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing sales efforts in the assigned territory. The role entails building and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to promote financial products. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will lead a sales team to optimize performance through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

• Strong leadership capabilities, including team management and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis expertise to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• High proficiency in financial products or NBFC-related services and industry knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and build strong local networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in sales and management within an NBFC or financial services industry is an asset.
