Kazma Hardware Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth within the assigned territory. The primary responsibility is to develop and expand the dealer and distributor network, increase market penetration, and achieve sales targets across the company’s product portfolio, including Glass Hardware, Silicone Sealants, Wooden Hardware, and Slim Profile Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Distributor Development
* Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
* Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales and market coverage.
* Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
* Ensure channel partners maintain adequate stock levels and product visibility.
Sales & Business Development
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Generate demand through architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and project consultants.
* Promote the complete range of Kazma products and introduce new product launches to the market.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide timely feedback to management.
Market Expansion
* Develop territory-wise growth plans and execute strategies to increase market share.
* Identify key projects and work closely with channel partners to secure business opportunities.
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dealers and distributors.
Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, architects, and key influencers.
* Resolve channel partner concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Support collection activities and maintain healthy receivables.
Reporting & Administration
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, market feedback, and sales performance.
* Provide regular updates on territory development and business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware, building materials, architectural products, glass fittings, sealants, or related industries.
* Proven experience in dealer and distributor appointment and management.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
