Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Karnal with flexibility for some remote work, for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, achieving targets, overseeing distribution channels, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction is also an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Account Management, and Market Development
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of the hardware or construction industry is a plus
