Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Kasturi Foods Supply. The role involves expanding distribution channels, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and developing strategies to meet sales targets in the designated region. Additional responsibilities include market research, monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular feedback to the management team. The Area Sales Manager will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of proven sales and business development skills in creating distribution networks, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for building positive connections with partners and clients
- Market research and analytical skills to identify business trends and opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Bengali snacks and local market trends is a plus
- Extensive travel within assigned territory with flexible work time
- Field-based role with regular market visits
