Role Overview – Area Sales Manager
The role involves driving primary & secondary sales, strengthening distribution, expanding market reach, and leading a team to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. The position requires strong experience in sales & distribution, preferably in the FMCG industry, along with the ability to manage teams and execute market strategies effectively.
Key Highlights:
• Drive sales growth and market expansion
• Manage and develop sales teams
• Strengthen distribution network and outlet coverage
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities
Eligibility:
Graduation / MBA with 8–12 years of experience in Sales & Distribution (preferably FMCG).
📍 Location: Rajasthan
🚗 Travel: Field role with extensive market travel
