About the Role
AffordPlan is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage hospital networks, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C sales experience, excellent analytical skills, and proven team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business targets for the assigned region.
- Strengthen the AffordPlan brand presence within the defined hospital network zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital partners, and customers.
- Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales executives.
- Monitor and forecast daily MIS reports on product performance across branches.
- Prepare sales reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Manage reconciliation processes with hospital partners.
- Ensure team productivity, retention, and attrition control.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2C services.
- Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards industries is preferred.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage sales reporting, forecasting, and MIS tracking.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
