Role Description
JD Foods Pvt. Ltd is looking for an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in pan india . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by managing a network of distributors and retailers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building/maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team while ensuring effective communication between the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, market analysis, and business development within the FMCG industry or relevant sectors
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to establish and nurture partnerships with distributors and clients
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with the food industry, particularly health and wellness products, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel within the designated area as required
