Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. The role involves market research, identifying growth opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in customer relationship management and client retention strategies.
- Team leadership and management skills, including experience in motivating and guiding sales teams.
- Ability to conduct market research and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
