Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Jalandhar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients, and identifying opportunities in the market. The role also includes overseeing sales teams, formulating strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives within the designated territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales acumen including lead generation, relationship building, and achieving targets
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to market needs
  • Customer relationship management skills to build and sustain long-term partnerships
  • Market analysis and research capabilities to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management experience to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Familiarity with the tile or construction materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
