Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and competitor tracking.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to increase market share.
- Lead, train, and motivate field sales executives.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Track inventory movement and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Submit periodic sales reports and market insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or related industry.
- Strong distributor and channel management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
