Job description
We are #hiring # Area Sales Manager # Delhi & UP!!!
Responsible for developing Multiple Brand Outlet (MBO) channel in the given territory through planning, managing operational aspects and building relationships with channel partners. Responsible for improving profitability of this channel.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Functional Responsibilities
· Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the territory.
· Analyze the variance between target & actual sales for the territory.
· Adhere to branding signage in the assigned outlets.
· Growing market share by increasing shelf space at MBOs.
· Identify potential markets for appointing new dealers.
· Study market trends and analyze consumer buying patterns.
· Implement hoardings in the assigned territory.
· Implement visuals at trade & sales agencies.
· Maintain rapport with channel partners in the given territory.
· Gather market movement information of Indian Terrain & of competition.
· Submit photographs of visuals in stores to Regional Sales Manager.
· Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
Ø Financial Responsibilities
· Ensure collections are obtained within credit period
· Plan activities within marketing budget
Ø Organizational Responsibilities
· Uphold the brand image of Indian Terrain in the outlets.
· Participate in primary and secondary roadshows.
Ø People-related Responsibilities
· Monitor performance of subordinates and provide regular feedback
· Adequately staff the team
The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive and may be expanded from time to time.
Qualifications
- Experience managing sales team.
- Minimum 7 - 12 Years of experience in Retail Garment Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good relationship in handling distribution Channels.
