Job Description: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Solar PV Module
Company: Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar)
Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Jhansi, Prayagraj.
Experience: 4–7 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and performance-driven sales professionals to drive business growth in the Solar PV module segment. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, strengthening channel networks, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities in C&I, retail, and distribution segments
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for territory growth
Channel Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Ensure partner profitability and engagement
Market Expansion
- Increase brand visibility and market share in the assigned region
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute promotional and lead generation activities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Team Management (For RSM Role)
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) for smooth execution
Key Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of Solar PV modules / renewable energy industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
