🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors to strengthen our territory footprint for our product ieBattery.
- Strategic Network Management: Manage existing B2B partnerships, ensuring long-term growth and loyalty.
- B2C Market Influence: Drive secondary sales and brand visibility to ensure high demand at the B2C consumer level.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through data-driven strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and B2B market mapping.
- Commercial Oversight: Manage distributor margins, incentive schemes, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Enablement: Provide technical product training to dealer teams to enhance their B2C selling capabilities.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3–6 years in Channel/Dealer Sales (B2B experience is a must).
- Domain Knowledge: Preferred background in ieBatteries, UPS, Inverters, or Electrical products.
- Communication: Elite negotiation skills with the ability to close complex B2B contracts.
- Mindset: Target-oriented, self-driven, and ready to travel extensively within the territory.
