Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kollam for an Area Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the designated area. The Area Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Team Leadership
  • Strong experience in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Kollam market is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
