Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, monitor dealer performance, create and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The role will involve strengthening dealer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will ensure adherence to company policies and provide market feedback to guide decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Target Achievement, and Dealer Network Management
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Forecasting
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its market dynamics
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment
- Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, in the automotive sector
