Key Responsibilities
● Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies to increase standards of customer service.
● Monitor existing SOP adherence and implement new SOPs/alter to optimize operations to ensure high efficiency
● Communicate and regularly achieve sales targets for a team of store managers while working with high standards of operations across the region
● Training and motivating store managers and store employees in effective sales techniques and supervisory techniques and thus lead your team to provide the best customer services
● Evaluate and analyse performance both—store-wise and employee-wise, using key metrics and come up with solutions to improve them
● Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed. Informing your Manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis
● Perform detailed analysis of new market trends, consumer behaviour and competition in the market
● Assist marketing team in carrying out promotional activities
● Acknowledge escalated customer queries timely and effectively
