Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage a portfolio of clients, and lead business development efforts in assigned territories. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategic plans. The role requires travel within the assigned area to identify opportunities and manage sales processes effectively while meeting established targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery is also a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on B2C sales or real estate/construction industries.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Competitive Insights to drive growth within assigned territories.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively, ensuring performance objectives are met.
- Solid understanding of customer onboarding and post-sales support processes to maintain client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressures in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or interior domain is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
