Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement to enhance performance in their region.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Knowledge of interior design, ceramic tiles, or bathware sectors is an advantage
- Proven track record in a sales-related role, preferably in a similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the designated area as needed
