Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the Punjab , Haryana , Rajsthan & UP , The Area Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales operations in assigned territories, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, formulating sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing feedback to support product development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise and account management skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and business strategy
- Effective leadership and team management experience minimum 3-5 years.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales plans
- Experience in the livestock or animal nutrition industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and market analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
