One of our client Looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and innovative Territory Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in your assigned region, responsible for driving sales growth, executing regional sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
You will play a critical role in clinical environments, working closely with Operating Theater (OT) technicians and surgical teams to ensure the seamless application and adoption of our high-quality medical products. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your assigned territory.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand our market share within the region.
- Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and nursing staff.
- Clinical Collaboration: Provide on-site support by collaborating with OT technicians and surgical teams to demonstrate product value, ensure proper usage, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and providing innovative solutions to meet their surgical supply needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and competitor intelligence, providing regular feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the medical device landscape. Previous experience selling
