We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with strong experience in the Power Tools industry. The candidate should have good product knowledge and the ability to manage sales operations across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Lead and support the sales team in the region
• Willing to travel across India for business development
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Power Tools / Hardware / Industrial Tools sector
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and leadership ability
• Willingness to travel Pan India
