We are currently hiring for the role of:
Area Sales Manager – Bengaluru
This is not a typical product sales role. It is a solution-oriented, consultative sales position, where the focus is on understanding client problems and offering customized solutions.
🔧 Role Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bengalur
- Conduct site visits to understand client noise/acoustic challenge
- Engage with architects, consultants, builders,corporate clients and Govt. clients
- Suggest customized soundproofing solutions based on requirement
- Handle the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentation
- sCoordinate with internal teams for executio
n
🧠What We Are Looking Fo
- Experience in interiors / building materials / technical sales/ Solution sales
- Strong solution-selling / consultative approa
- Comfortable with field work and client interaction
- Ability to handle longer sales cycles and project-based sal
- Experience working with architects or consultants is a strong plus
