Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with strong experience in B2B sales and men’s apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and managing key client relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand B2B sales network (dealers, distributors, wholesalers)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth operations
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Conduct regular market visits and generate sales reports
- Manage and guide the sales team (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Mandatory experience in men’s apparel / garment industry
- Strong network in Surat / Maharashtra market preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
