GrowU is looking for a passionate and target-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/field sales(NBFC)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
