Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager for our Coimbatore location. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and generating reports to support decision-making. The successful candidate will also oversee client satisfaction, ensure consistent brand representation, and support the growth of the company’s presence in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and achieve sales goals
- Client relationship management and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Prior experience in the building material industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
