Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with clients to drive acquisition and retention. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance regional business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Team Leadership, Coaching, and Performance Management experience to drive team efficiency and motivation.
- Ability to analyze Market Trends, build Business Development strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and maintaining strong customer focus.
- Experience with Financial Services, particularly in lending or MSME financing, is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
