Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring and leading a sales team, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer experience and streamlined operations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management skills, including setting and meeting sales targets, developing strategies, and maintaining client relationships
- Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for market analysis, performance tracking, and identifying new business opportunities
- Familiarity with financial products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Business Loans is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and drive productive collaboration within multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or similar industries is advantageous
