### **The Challenge: Primary & Secondary Excellence**
GM Modular is scaling its **Mobile Accessories Division** in Delhi. We aren't looking for a generalist; we are looking for a specialist who understands that a sale isn't finished when the distributor is billed—it’s finished when the product leaves the retail shelf.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the **Mobile Accessories** industry, with the ability to balance aggressive primary targets while ensuring robust secondary pull-through.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Sales Lifecycle Management:** Drive **Primary Sales** by managing distributor stocks and ensuring timely billing, while simultaneously monitoring **Secondary Sales** to ensure healthy ROI for partners.
* **Network Expansion:** Map and penetrate key Delhi tech hubs (Karol Bagh, Nehru Place, Ghaffar, etc.) to onboard high-potential retailers and wholesalers.
* **Inventory Velocity:** Monitor aging stock and implement localized schemes or BTL activities to accelerate secondary movement.
* **Market Intelligence:** Provide real-time feedback on competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches in the accessories space.
* **Team Leadership:** Lead a team of sales executives/promoters to ensure GM’s visibility and "share of shelf" are maximized.
### **Mandatory Qualifications**
* **Industry Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of hardcore sales experience **specifically within the Mobile Accessories division** (Chargers, Audio, Power Banks, etc.).
* **Delhi Market Mastery:** Deep existing relationships with the Delhi distribution network and mobile retail chains.
* **Strategic Execution:** Proven ability to hit monthly and quarterly targets for both Primary and Secondary sales.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
### **Technical & Behavioral Skills**
* Expertise in **Channel Management** and **Distributor ROI** calculations.
* High proficiency in **CRM and Reporting tools** to track daily field activities.
* Strong negotiation skills—able to handle the price-sensitive nature of the Delhi mobile market.
* **Hybrid Flexibility:** Comfortable with 70% field time and 30% strategic/remote reporting.
