Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Uttar pradesh ,rajsthan, madhya pradesh , karnataka ,telangana. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the designated region, manage and support sales teams, build and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved. The role also involves market analysis, devising and implementing sales strategies, addressing client needs, and identifying potential growth opportunities in the assigned territory. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction are integral responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership
- Market Analysis experience with a data-driven and results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the FMCG or consumer goods industry, preferably pan masala or related sector
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies
- Exceptional team management and stakeholder relationship capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
