Role Overview:
The Area Sales Head (ASH) is responsible for franchise recruitment and market expansion across assigned cities or districts. The role focuses on identifying franchise prospects, converting them into franchise partners, and ensuring successful on boarding and early-stage business activation. The ASH also manages Franchise Development Managers (FDM) responsible for on boarding new franchise stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Recruitment
Generate franchise leads and convert them into franchise partners
Conduct franchise opportunity presentations
Close franchise registrations
Territory Expansion
Identify new locations for franchise expansion
Increase market penetration across assigned territory
Franchise On boarding
Coordinate on boarding and shop opening with FDM
Ensure franchise activation within defined timelines
Early Business Activation
Ensure welcome stock placement
Monitor early-stage franchise performance
Team Leadership
Supervise Franchise Development Managers
