Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will manage territory sales, build and maintain customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The role involves identifying new clients, conducting business presentations, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product promotion and maintain detailed sales reports to track performance.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy, territory management, and goal setting
- Ability to provide effective product demonstrations and presentations
- Knowledge of biotechnology products, laboratory instruments, and related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and basic computer skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
