Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and acquiring business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the designated region. The candidate will be expected to meet sales targets, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure superior customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic planning and market research capabilities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a team to achieve sales objectives
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the gardening products industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
