Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Vijayawada/Vizag for a City Manager at Fleetx. The City Manager will oversee daily operations within the city, ensuring seamless fleet management and logistics optimization. Key responsibilities include managing and leading local teams, driving sales efforts, addressing customer concerns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve operational efficiency. The role requires proactive decision-making, effective collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals to achieve growth and customer satisfaction at the city level.

• Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or fleet management is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
