Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the designated region. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting fleetx solutions, negotiating agreements, achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets, and managing client relationships. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will provide valuable market insights, collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, and ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Experience in B2B sales, strong negotiation abilities, and an understanding of market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze customer needs, address challenges effectively, and deliver tailored solutions to meet business goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management, logistics operations, or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset to meet targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Additional Qualifications: Proven track record in sales roles, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to travel within the designated area to meet clients.
