Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by building relationships with K-12 schools, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Ezyschooling’s platform. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, visiting schools, building partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves creating and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Field sales, two wheeler is required
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategy implementation, and target achievement
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of the K-12 education industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
