Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with schools, promoting Ezyschooling’s services, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and representing the company at events. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team and providing valuable feedback to improve products and services.

- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional Attributes: Strategic thinking, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Data Analysis: Capability to conduct market research and analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or education technology is a plus.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Willingness and capacity to work on-site in Hyderabad.
