Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market penetration
- Drive B2B sales by building strong relationships with hospitals and institutional clients
- Conduct regular hospital visits to understand client needs and generate business opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor distributor performance, ensure stock availability, and optimize supply chain coordination
- Develop and execute territory sales plans and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM systems
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control
Key Skills Requirement:
- Strong experience in B2B / institutional sales (preferably healthcare or pharma)
- Proven ability to manage dealers and distributors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
