Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will implement sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, handling team performance, and regularly meeting sales targets. The role also calls for coordinating promotional activities and developing actionable insights to enhance regional sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Team management and leadership experience, including managing performance and guiding sales teams
- Proficiency in market analysis, trend identification, and developing effective sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and data interpretation for sales performance evaluation
- Relevant experience in FMCG sales or the snack food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
