Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will drive sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include crafting and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and fostering client engagement to promote Enlog's energy management solutions. The role also involves cross-team collaboration, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Acquisition, and Business Growth
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities
- Understanding of Energy Management, IoT, or Technology-based solutions
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking
- Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and other sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in energy solutions, sustainability, or technology industries is a strong advantage.
