Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the sales team, provide market feedback, and actively contribute to achieving organizational sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Strong relationship management capabilities to maintain and build client connections
- Market research proficiency and ability to analyze sales data effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the technology or electronics sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
