Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for our team, with the responsibility of driving sales and expanding our reach in the Gurugram region. This on-site, full-time role involves identifying and securing partnerships with restaurants and businesses, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team effectively. The role also includes market research to identify opportunities, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate the sales team effectively
- Understanding of the sustainability sector or environmental initiatives is highly desirable
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field
