Operating from a state-of-the-art 1,70,000 sq. ft. automated manufacturing facility in Morbi, Gujarat, Eatera focuses on quality, hygiene, innovation, and strong distribution expansion across India and global markets.
With aggressive expansion plans across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, Eatera Foods is building a high-performance sales and distribution network.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and expand our distributor and retail network in assigned territories.
This is a full-time, field-based role responsible for market development, distributor management, and achieving primary & secondary sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Appoint and manage distributors & super stockists
- Expand retail coverage and increase market penetration
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead and monitor Sales Representatives (SR team)
- Develop new markets and strengthen dealer relationships
- Execute trade schemes, promotions, and branding activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure efficient order flow and collection management
Required Qualifications- 1–8 years experience in FMCG Sales (Namkeen/Snacks preferred)
- Strong distributor & channel sales experience
- Proven track record of territory growth
- Team handling experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Own two-wheeler mandatory
- Willingness for extensive field travel
