Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager for an on-site role in varanasi to lead and grow sales within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, provide market insights, oversee distributors, and monitor competitor activities to inform business strategies. The candidate will also host presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers as part of a hands-on sales approach.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship building
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, herbal products, or wellness industry trends are preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify market opportunities and sales growth strategies
- Team leadership and management skills with the ability to guide sales teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel regionally and work in an on-site capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in sales roles, preferably within the wellness, Ayurveda, or herbal sectors
