Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the assigned region, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, planning and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, leading sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and business development practices.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and driving results.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region as necessary to meet sales goals and address business needs.
