The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead territory sales operations, coach Sales Officer teams, drive primary and Secondary sales and collections, and ensure topline and focus product penetration to meet regional growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual & quarterly channel expansion plan for primary and Secondary.
- Identify & map potential markets.
- Finalize targets with Supervisor & monitor execution with Sales teams
- Track weekly collections, identify accounts at risk, define recovery plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications
- BSc Agri having minimum 8-10 years of experience in Agrochemical industry only
