- Monitor Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual Sales of the Salons assigned under your Supervision and achieve the set targets given to you.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly sales budget & drive revenue generation
- Assist in Recruiting salon staff Staff retention at the salon to be maintained to ensure good client experience
- Visit salons to evaluate Brand standards operations, efficiency and to ensure the aesthetic is well maintained on all aspects
- Ensure retail / professional products movement is tracked & orders are placed timely
- Addressing and resolving client & employee complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour
- Offer consultation and recommendations to salon Managers on overcoming operations or any other challenges & help them is accessing / analysing reports in our software
- Maintain Excellent relationship with our franchise partners and provide assistance in troubleshooting Plan promotions, events, offers in coordination with Franchise Partner and Ops head
- Conduct audits (Brand SOP, hygiene, staff grooming) & share reports on brand standards, any deviation etc.
- Be well informed of the internal/external trainings and coordinate for the same as per SOPs Royalty & Cosmetic coordination and follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong sales management skills, including strategy development, territory management, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with franchise partners and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate insights, and execute actionable strategies for sales growth.
- Proficiency in team coordination, training, and mentoring to ensure operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the salon or retail industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
