Qualification :
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- MBA / Graduate / Post Graduate qualification in Sales, Operations, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience :
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Sales Operations, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or related industries.
- Strong experience in managing large distributor networks and multi-region operations.
- Demonstrated capability in driving distribution transformation, market expansion, and productivity improvement.
- Candidates should ideally be currently working as an ASM (Area Sales Manager) or in a similar sales leadership role, with experience in handling a team.
- Strong exposure to rural market development and distribution expansion.
- Proven experience in developing and executing RTM strategies.
