Area Sales Manager – Solar Solutions
📍 Location: Jhansi, Agra & Prayagraj Uttar Pardesh
💰 Salary: ₹6–8 LPA

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Area Sales Manager – Solar Solutions for the Udaipur region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development of Solar EPC solutions, Solar Inverters, Batteries, Hybrid Systems, and Renewable Energy Products across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and institutional segments.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, channel sales experience, and the ability to generate business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive sales of Solar EPC projects, Solar Inverters, Batteries, and Hybrid Solar Solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in C&I, residential, and institutional segments.
- Build strong relationships with EPC companies, distributors, dealers, consultants, and key customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 5–7 years of experience in sales/business development in:
- Solar EPC
- Solar Inverters
- Batteries
- Renewable Energy Solutions
- Good understanding of:
- On-Grid Solar Systems
- Hybrid Solar Solutions
- C&I Solar Projects
Desired Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of the renewable energy market and channel network.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Strong dealer/distributor management capability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently handling regional sales in the solar or power electronics industry will be preferred.
- Existing network with EPCs, distributors, builders, and institutional clients in Rajasthan/Udaipur region will be an added advantage.
